If you exported data from Pobuca Connect to a CSV file and then opened the CSV with Microsoft Excel, you probably noticed that your data looks weird!
To overcome this issue using Microsoft Excel, follow these steps:
Open the CSV with Microsoft Excel program
Select the first column
Click on the ‘Data’ tab and then on ‘Text to Columns’ button
In the dialog box that will open, choose ‘Delimited’ and then ‘Next’ as shown in the screenshot below
5. Choose ‘Comma’ as the only delimiter (unselect all other delimiters) and then click on ‘Next’ as shown in the screenshot below
6. Click on ‘Finish’
