This article guides you how to troubleshoot the delay in contacts' sync between Pobuca Connect mobile and web app

After creating a contact using the mobile app, you can immediately make it visible in the web app by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on the icon at the top left of the mobile app to open the menu of options.

2) Then click on ‘Synchronize’ and wait by keeping the app open/alive until the syncing is over

When the syncing is over, the contacts on the mobile app will be visible on the web app as well.
