Manage unregistered users

The administrators can change a user's contact information, resend an invitation email or delete an unregistered user.

Edit User

To edit a user's contact information, find the user in the unregistered user list (Settings > Co-worker's panel > Unregistered tab) and press Edit.

Make any necessary changes and then press one of the save options.

Note: You can change the name that's linked to a user, but you can’t change his/her email address.


Invite User

To resend an invitation email, find the user in the unregistered user list (Settings > Co-worker's panel > Unregistered tab) and press Invite.


In the confirmation window press Invite.


If you want to resend an invitation email to some or all users, select the users you wish to send the email and press  


Delete User

To delete an unregistered user, find the user in the unregistered user list (Settings > Co-worker's panel > Unregistered tab) and press Delete.

In the confirmation window press Delete.


If you want to delete more than one unregistered users, select the users you wish to delete and press
