Add users who have different email domain

This article contains guidelines on how to add users/co-workers who have different email domain in Pobuca Connect

In the Pro and Enterprise plan of Pobuca Connect, you can add users/co-workers who have different email domain from the one which is set as main inside Pobuca Connect.

In the Free plan of Pobuca Connect, you can add users/co-workers who have the same email domain as the one which is set as main inside Pobuca Connect.

So, if you are in the Free plan and you want people who do not have the main domain on their emails to join your Pobuca Connect, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into Pobuca Connect web app as an Administrator

  2. Click on the Billing & Store option which is located on the left side menu 

  3. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise plan

After activating the Pro or Enterprise plan, invite the ones you want just by typing their email addresses (click here for instructions) or create their accounts from the co-workers panel (click here for instructions).
