Your trust is of the utmost importance to us, and we will never betray it. Our users entrust Pobuca Connect with their contact data, and we make it a priority to take our users' security and privacy concerns seriously. We will never share any of your data to anybody. We strive to ensure that user data is kept securely and that we collect only as much personal data as is required to provide our services to users in an efficient and effective manner. 3.Where are my contacts stored?
Your contacts are safely stored in the cloud, as we are using Azure, an enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure. You can read more about Privacy & Security here.
4.If I want to delete my account in Pobuca, you store my data?
If you want to deactivate your account, your data are stored in our back up servers for 30 days by default and then we proceed to their deletion. Nevertheless, if you want to complete this process sooner you can send your request to http://help.pobu.ca/
5.Do you have access to my account credentials used in Pobuca Connect?
We have no access to your credentials. As this information is encrypted, we can only reset them under your request.
6.Are you going to use my contact’s data or mine’s for marketing or advertising reasons?
We strictly adhere to permission-based only email policy. As required for complete use of our email marketing software, we allow you to elect to receive or do not receive, certain information from us, such as our commercial offers or advertisements. We will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer’s contact lists (including customer data) to any outside firms. 8.If a security breach appears, what your actions would be?
If Pobuca learns of a security breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities immediately so that they can take appropriate protective steps. Our breach notification procedures are consistent with our obligations under various state and federal laws and regulations, as well as any industry rules or standards that we adhere to. 9.Contacts are stored on your servers or we can install it on our server?
By default, contacts are stored on our servers. Nevertheless, if you need them to be stored locally, this would require the Enterprise version and custom services to set up the system. However, we are very sensitive regarding data and you can read all about it here.
10.Are you able to tell me what country your servers are in?
The data are default stored in our servers located in the USA. Nevertheless, under your request, we can store them in another region.
