1.Download our mobile app for <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/app/justphonebook/id1058892533?ls=1&amp;mt=8" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a> or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.justphonebook.jpbandroid" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a>. 2.Sign in the app. 3.Click on the top left icon to open the menu. 4.Choose Settings from the main menu.

Android mobile app If you have an Android device version below 9.0 you can enable caller recognition by choosing Caller Identification.

The following screen will appear, where you need to give these two additional permissions: Incoming call overlay and Phone State.

Note: If you have an Android device version above or equal to 9.0 you need to enable the Android Contacts Integration as well.

iOS mobile app If you have downloaded the iOS mobile app you can enable caller recognition by navigating to your phone Settings&gt; Phone/Device&gt; Caller Blocking&amp; Identification&gt; Pobuca and activate Caller ID. Then, activate it from you Pobuca Connect Settings as the screenshot below as well:
