Pobuca Connect offers a filtering mechanism for all entities - Contacts,Organizations and Co-workers - in order for you to easily find the information you want.

On the web app

In order to filter, follow these steps:

1. Navigate on the entity you want to filter (Contacts/Organizations/Co-workers).

2. Click on '+ Add filter'.

3. On the expanded list, click on the field you want to filter.

4. Click on the little arrow, next to the filtering field, to expand the values.

5. Choose the filtering value(s) for the selected field.

6. You will be presented with all the results that have any of the selected filtering values.

In the example screenshot below, we filter Contacts on Country field in order to find those who have 'United States' or 'United Kingdom' as Country value.

You can add more than one filters by following the same procedure (see steps 2-5 above). After adding multiple filters, you will be presented with all the results that satisfy all the selected filters.

In the example screenshot below, we filter Contacts on Country field in order to find those who have 'United States' or 'United Kingdom' as Country value and be visible to the 'Marketing' Team.

Keep in mind that:

  • fields of drop-down type are filterable

  • fields of text type are not filterable. These are only searchable.

To remove a filter: click on 'x'.
