The Enrichment feature would be very useful for you in case your business contacts contain insufficient information or the contact information may be there, but it is so old that it is obsolete.

If your contacts include an email address, PobucaBot can check social media profiles, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, gather additional information and enrich them. It can only look up publicly available information stored in social media.

Enrichment is available for usage when you create or edit a Contact (on the web or mobile app). Once at the creation or edit form, type the email of the contact you want to enrich on the relative field.
