Forgot your password? Follow a few simple steps and join your shared contact list again:

1. In the login page https://app.pobu.ca/#/login select Forgot Password?

2. Type your work email address and press Send Reset Link

3. You will receive a confirmation email from Pobuca Connect to reset your password. Please make sure that you check your spam folder as well.  
Click on 'Reset your Password'

4. On the reset password page insert a new password twice.

​Note: The secure password must be at least 8 characters in length including:
a minimum of 1 lower case letter (a-z), a minimum of 1 upper case letter (A-Z), a minimum of 1 number (0-9) and a minimum of 1 special character

To complete the process, press Update Password.
