The colors are getting automatically assigned to contacts and depend on the contact name. The reason is that it's easier for the human brain to find something more quickly when there is a color assigned to it. For this reason, the colors are consistent across all platforms (mobile, web). Finally, it is not currently possible to change the color of a contact; this is automatically set by Pobuca Connect.
